CNTW NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Exercise Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team at St George's Park Hospital, Morpeth. You will deliver prescribed exercise interventions across wards, build therapeutic relationships, and promote physical activity to support mental and physical health.
The role includes pre-activity health screening, baseline measurements, and tailoring exercise plans. In-house training is provided; may cover across CNTW exercise therapy departments.
