Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in North Powys is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help lead a safe, caring service for people we support. You will work alongside the Service Manager, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality daily operations, including weekends and sleep-ins.
The role requires Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it), a full driving licence, and willingness to travel.
