Overview

Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations, ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
- Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
- Assisting with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
- Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines through ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, and supporting the collection of prescriptions.
- Dispensing prescription medication and other medical products to patients under the direction of the Pharmacist, providing exemplary standards of patient care at all times.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you already have a Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing.
- A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues.
- An upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients.
- An enthusiasm and talent for problem solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences.
- A methodical and accurate approach to practical tasks, using your own initiative and teamwork skills to aid you.
