Change Grow Live is recruiting an Aftercare Recovery Worker to support service users in the Bi Borough Alcohol Service across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. The role focuses on connecting users with activities, sustaining recovery, and coordinating post-treatment support.
You will work with Recovery Coordinators, Peer Mentors, and partners to deliver post-rehab check-ins and community-based group work while advocating for user needs and preferences.
