Fortius is seeking an Inpatient Physio Lead to oversee the delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care across the inpatient physiotherapy service. The post holder will provide leadership, act as Physio In Charge, and ensure staffing, budget, and KPI targets are met while maintaining safety and IPC standards.
The role requires expert physiotherapy knowledge, NHS/private hospital experience, and a commitment to quality improvement and staff development within a collaborative Fortius team.
