Paddle UK is seeking an Senior Physiotherapist and Performance Support Lead to shape and direct our Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross programme. This hybrid role splits roughly 60% clinical physiotherapy and 40% leadership of the multidisciplinary Performance Support Team, based at Lee Valley with international travel.
The successful candidate will drive clinical excellence, lead a high-performance team, and guide health strategies for approximately 20 elite athletes toward LA 2028 medal targets.
