This nursing registered home s and is divided into different units is a home focused on dementia care.

This is a facility that rarely recruits for new nurses, due to their long-term staff and low turnover.

With a near-perfect RQIA rating and zero complex care requirement, this facility is highly reviewed locally and by those with family members receiving care onsite.

For this role, you will need:

• An active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• An unrestricted nursing pin
• And prior Nursing experience.

The role:

• Motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
• Providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
• Providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends
• Identifying patient care requirements
• Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards
• Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations
• Evaluating patients who complain of specific aliments
• Examining and authenticating vaccination records
