Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting a Vision Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver tailored rehabilitation for visually impaired people, helping them maintain independence and confidence will assess needs, develop plans and work with complex cases, sometimes mentoring rehabilitation assistants.
The role is full-time (37 hours) with optional 33 hours, and requires knowledge of the Care Act 2014, current best practice, and the ability to communicate across services.
