What You'll Be Doing:

• Every day is different, and every client you support will rely on you to make their world a little brighter. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect

• Providing genuine companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation

• Supporting clients with medication and daily routines

• Helping clients maintain their mobility and independence

• Building trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families

• Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records in line with RQIA and GDPR guidelines

What We're Looking For:

You don't need years of experience to thrive here — what matters most is your heart. We're looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely caring, patient, and empathetic

• Has great communication and listening skills

• Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle

• Has the right to work in the UK and is aged 18 or over

• Experience in care is a bonus, but full training is provided for those new to the field
