Mencap is hiring a Support Worker in Needham Market to help two gentlemen in their 40s live independent, active lives, with community outings and daily tasks. You will assist with meal prep, laundry and housework, encourage confidence, and accompany them to events.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for this active role. We emphasise friendly, enthusiastic engagement to support goal achievement, independence, and social inclusion.
