Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL
, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
