As a Bank Senior Clinical Trainer, you’ll be working as part of the HCRG Care Group Team in our Corporate service. As well as the attractive hourly rates of pay, at HCRG Care Group you will benefit from:
- £23.89 an hour
Self-booking and access to all bank shifts! - Staff are given access to all Bank shifts within their Business Unit and can self-book providing they meet the shift requirements.
- Request a Duty– Staff can make shifts or Day Off requests prior to the creation of a roster up to six weeks in advance. This helps promote a better work life balance and allows for personal commitments to be met.

Main ResponsibilitiesYou’ll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms - helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care.
You’ll also support curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do.

Person SpecificationEssential criteria:
- A current professional registration (NMC / HCPC / GDC / Social Work / GMC)
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
- A Level 4 (or higher) teaching, training or assessing qualification
- Proven experience delivering training across clinical health and care specialisms
- Strong background in clinical practice (AHP, Nursing, or Social Work)
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality blended learning
- Confidence in using digital tools for training and learning delivery
- Knowledge of curriculum design, course development, and research-informed practice
- A genuine passion for developing others and improving care outcomes
