Surrey County Council is hiring an LD&A Occupational Therapist to join the countywide Reablement Service. The role focuses on embedding a therapy-led, strengths-based approach to short-term care and supporting people with LD/Autism across Surrey.
You will assess holistically, develop person-led skills gain programmes, and work with Reablement colleagues and partner agencies to promote maximum independence in people’s homes.
