About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of our residents. You will provide person-centred care while helping to maintain a friendly and homely atmosphere throughout the home.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of caring experience (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Reliable, dependable, and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Genuine passion for caring for others
