  • Attentive to detail and proactive in their approach
  • Comfortable working independently within a supportive team
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care

Previous care experience is desirable, although candidates with transferable experience in childcare, nursery settings, education support, healthcare, or support work are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support tailored to the child's needs
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
  • Follow care plans and clinical guidance
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Support the family in creating a safe and positive environment for the child

  • Carer Recognition Scheme
  • Refer-a-Friend Bonus (£150 for Carers, £500 for Registered Nurses)
  • Free confidential wellbeing and support line
  • Blue Light Card discounts and savings
Why Join HFH?
  • Work with one client per shift
  • No travelling between multiple homes
  • Consistent work with a regular care team
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Supportive management and clinical teams
  • Flexible scheduling where possible
Earnings

Many of our carers work around 36 hours per week, typically earning £500–£555 per week*.

This equates to an estimated annual income of £26,200–£28,950
* depending on shift patterns and hours worked.

Figures are based on average shift patterns and include accrued holiday pay. Actual earnings may vary.

If you are looking for a rewarding role supporting a child and their family while developing your healthcare career, we'd love to hear from you.
