Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, no weekend or evening commitment. Applications for Part Time Hours will be considered.

Jack Berry House, Malton, Yorkshire Salary: £36k – £41k depending on experience. With three rehabilitation centres and a regional hub now established in the UK, the Injured Jockeys Fund is a charity whose vision and mission is to improve the lives of injured jockeys, past and present, and their families. This is an exciting role, based at Jack Berry House in Malton, for an experienced and motivated Sports Rehabilitation Therapist to join our passionate and dedicated team.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a high performance environment dedicated to the rehabilitation and wellbeing of injured jockeys and beneficiaries. Jack Berry House is a warm and friendly, professional rehabilitation facility where teamwork, compassion, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will have time to deliver creative individualised treatment programmes utilising top-level diagnostic equipment, a well-equipped gym and hydrotherapy pool.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Sports Rehabilitation Therapy (or equivalent) and be registered with an appropriate governing body in the field of Sports Rehabilitation, they will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to efficiently manage their own clinical diary If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills, whilst genuinely being able to make a difference to the lives of elite sports people and those who have been injured or retired from their sport, we would like to hear from you.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. Facilitating clear communication, timely referrals, efficient case management, and seamless patient pathways for injured jockeys. Support the strategic development of clinical services to enhance rehabilitation outcomes and service delivery across the Injured Jockeys Fund. Contribute to the continuous development of our services and promote the centre as a national hub of excellence. In return we can offer you: 22 days annual leave  bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 25 days.
