As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and promoting the wellbeing, independence, and quality of life of those in your care. Deliver high-quality, person-centred support. Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required. Encourage independence, confidence, and social inclusion. Follow care plans and maintain accurate records. Create a safe, supportive, and positive environment.

Build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

The Person : A minimum of 6 months' paid experience within a health and social care setting gained in the UK. NISCC Registered. A caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable, flexible, and professional attitude. On offer:
