You will monitor care delivery on duty, contribute to person‑centred care planning, and record observations such as temperature and blood pressure, while delivering meaningful one‑to‑one support to residents.
A care background helps; GCSE English/Maths C or above and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care are useful. You’ll need access to a car to travel between homes.
