Job Summary

Grace Path Healthcare is seeking compassionate and committed Home Care Workers to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to clients within their own homes. As a Home Care Worker
, you will support clients with a range of daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in healthcare with full support, training, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with mobility, medication reminders, and mealtime support.
  • Carry out domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
  • Monitor client health and report changes in condition to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate care records in compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
  • Follow all safeguarding protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely committed to helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety, hygiene, and care standards.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to follow care plans and work independently or in a team.
  • A valid UK or international drivers licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available for overseas applicants).
Experience
  • Previous experience in a care, healthcare, or support role is preferred but not essential.
  • Full training provided for individuals new to the sector.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals or people with disabilities is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
  • Shift patterns may include early mornings or late evenings depending on client needs.
