As a Care & Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes across the Poole community, helping them remain independent, confident and able to live life on their own terms.

Driving is essential for this role, and you'll need the ability and willingness to travel between care visits.

• Morning & evening shifts – full or part-time

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
