Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our exceptional team at Electus Healthcare in Saintfield Lodge Care Home
. This role is pivotal in supporting the management of our care homes and ensuring that we provide outstanding care to our residents. You will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Pay rate £24.73 - £27.50 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

• Implement person-centred care plans tailored to individual resident needs.

• Monitor the quality of care provided and address any issues promptly.

• Coordinate training and development opportunities for team members.

• Manage medication administration processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and mutual support.

Requirements:

• NMC Pin

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or care home setting.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.

• Understanding of medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations.

• A relevant qualification in health or social care is preferred.
