Advinia is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to design and deliver meaningful wellbeing experiences within our homes. You’ll work with the Home Manager and Dementia Ambassador to implement the Happieness & Wellbeing programme, creating person-centred activities and life story work that support residents’ mind, body and soul.
You will champion inclusion, lead engaging group sessions and 1:1 activities, manage the activity budget, and help build community links with dementia charities.
