Night Porter

About the Role

Night Porter – Located in Belfast, this permanent contract position pays £12.50 per hour on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern. The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise, managing the guest experience and ensuring brand standards are upheld.

The role includes taking responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department at night, welcoming guests, maintaining public areas, preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day, assisting with luggage, handling enquiries, and conducting nightly Health & Safety audits. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

Relevant experience in a similar hotel role is beneficial. Experience of night‑shift work is essential. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
