• Client relationships: Acting as a trusted advisor to technology clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that add real value.
• Business development: Expanding your client base through networking, lead generation, and strategic business development, while showcasing MCS Group's expertise in the tech sector.
• Recruitment process management: Managing interviews, providing detailed feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
