Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking two HR & Payroll Administrators for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our client’s Finance team in Belfast.
The client is offering up to £15.92 per hour PAYE or £21.30 per hour Umbrella. The role is Inside IR35 and on-site in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The estimated start date is 1 October 2025.
About the roleAre you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for HR and payroll administration? Our client are recruiting for two HR & Payroll Administrators to support a dynamic team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience or a recent graduate looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).
- Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, leave, and overtime.
- Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR.
- Manage data uploads and manual adjustments for payroll processing.
- Administer various leave types and resolve system errors.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration.

Skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets. - Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written skills.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving system/data issues.
- Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive employee information.
