HR Advisor - Belfast - FTC (6-9 Months)

MCS Group is partnering with a well-established organisation in Belfast to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing expert people advice, and contributing to a positive and evolving workplace culture.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
• Support investigations, absence management processes, and performance discussions
• Partner with hiring managers to assist with recruitment activity and onboarding
• Deliver coaching and practical HR support to develop leadership capability
• Review HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with employment legislation
• Produce HR data insights and reports to support decision-making
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and experience
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR generalist or advisory role
• Third-level qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
• Solid knowledge of NI employment legislation
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
• Experience with HR systems or HR analytics would be advantageous
