What You’ll be Doing:
Building an epic team – Find, hire and onboard the best talent for Moxy Belfast CityKeeping our culture alive – Plan cool team events, training sessions and initiatives that keep team engagement and energy highSpreading good vibes – Create an open positive work environment, where our teams feel valued and heardSolving people puzzles – Be the go-to person for HR support, from employee relations to well-beingKeeping things on track – Handle HR policies, compliance and admin.What we’re looking for:
HR Superstar - ideally with hotel experience, or within a fast-paced environmentCulture builder – you will bring the Moxy energy and know how to keep a team motivated and connectedOrganised and proactive – with an in-depth knowledge of Employment Law in Northern Ireland you will get things done effectively and efficiently.Creative thinker – from employee engagement to problem solving, you always find a fresh approachWhat’s in it for you?
