Position: Payroll Specialist (Belfast, Hybrid)
VANRATH are delighted to be working with a global technology company to recruit a Payroll Specialist for their growing finance team in Belfast. What You'll Do Process monthly payroll accurately and on time across multiple entities Support end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring compliance with UK PAYE requirements Act as a key contact for payroll queries from employees, managers and HR Support international transfers and relocations, ensuring correct payroll treatment Maintain accurate employee data and liaise with outsourced payroll providers Assist with reporting, system updates and payroll-related projects About You Proven experience running large or complex in-house payrolls Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and PAYE Experience working with outsourced payroll providers Confident handling complex employee queries Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets Highly organised, detail-focused and able to meet tight deadlines Experience in financial services or global payroll environments (desirable) CIPP qualification (desirable) What You'll Get Opportunity to join a global, market-leading organisation Exposure to international payroll Collaborative and inclusive working environment Hybrid working model Competitive salary and benefits package Company events If you're a payroll professional looking to take the next step in a dynamic global business, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
