Working a 360° recruitment desk, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates across a range of FMCG disciplines — from sales, marketing, and brand management through to operations, supply chain, NPD, and commercial roles. You’ll develop and nurture client relationships, attract top FMCG talent, and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.

You’ll have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within a recruitment consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering within the FMCG sector or a closely related field such as food and drink, consumer goods, or retail. You’ll be commercially minded, relationship focused, and genuinely enthusiastic about the industry you recruit into. A solid understanding of the NI and wider UK/Ireland FMCG market will be a distinct advantage.
