WHAT

THE ROLE INVOLVES

Building and developing a client base through business development
Sourcing and engaging candidates across your niche IT market
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from first contact to placement
Working to targets and taking ownership of your results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least 6 months in a sales or customer-facing role
Motivated by earning potential
Confident communicating with people at all levels
Resilient, self-driven and comfortable working to targets
