From sourcing quality candidates to managing bookings, payroll and client relationships, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment service. What Youll Be Doing Managing and developing existing education sector accounts Winning new business and building long-term client relationships Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates Filling temporary and permanent education vacancies Managing bookings, candidate compliance and payroll processes Writing and posting engaging job adverts and social media content Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates Keeping up to date with education recruitment compliance and regulations
