County Antrim Full-Time / Fixed Term Contract OR Permanent Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 plus benefits We are hiring for a highly successful, well established production client in the County Antrim area, who are seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide operational support across all HR functions. This is a hands-on, generalist HR role within a dynamic team, where you will assist with employee relations, recruitment, HR projects, and organisational initiatives.

The Role:

Support the full HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and HR projects Co-ordinate recruitment procedures, chair shortlisting and interview panels, and administer selection testing Maintain HR systems and databases to extract, analyse, and report HR data Assist with job descriptions, policy implementation, and health & wellbeing initiatives Participate in community outreach, careers events, and provide HR support across the organisation Provide HR coaching and guidance to line management and staff on day-to-day HR matters Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and best practice

The Person :
Relevant 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD qualification Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a generalist, HR Officer/Advisor level role Experience working within a fast paced, commercial environment, essential Experience handling employee relations and providing coaching/support to managers and staff Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities The Rewards: £34,000 - £37,000 plus benefits Permanent, full-time role but also the option to start asap on a Fixed Term Contract with a view to going permanent Early finish on Fridays County Antrim location Free car parking Health cash plan Generous pension
