The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the senior management team, supporting business growth and embedding a positive people culture across multiple sites. The Role Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to business objectives Lead HR operations across multiple sites, providing expert advice to senior leaders and managers Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, and performance management processes Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, offboarding, and workforce planning Deliver learning and development initiatives and management training programmes Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives Maintain HR systems, accurate records, and HR reporting to support decision-making Ensure compliance with Irish, UK, and European employment legislation Lead HR projects and organisational improvement initiatives Support multi-jurisdiction employment and global mobility requirements where applicable
The Person Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related discipline CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR accreditation desirable Significant experience in a senior HR generalist or HR management role Strong knowledge of Irish, UK, and European employment legislation Experience managing complex employee relations matters and HR processes across multiple sites Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills Commercially minded, organised, and proactive High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
