Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of an exceptionally warm desk with significant existing client activity. The Opportunity As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll inherit an established client base while continuing to grow your market through consultative business development and relationship management.

You'll be responsible for:
Managing and developing relationships with existing engineering and manufacturing clients Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your specialist market Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent engineering and technical appointments Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates Developing a strong personal brand within your chosen market sector Utilising Linked In, social selling, networking and industry knowledge to generate opportunities and market intelligence What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially driven, relationship-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally have:
