The role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a recruitment team during a period of significant transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and helping shape the future of talent acquisition within a complex global environment. The main responsibilities:
Lead and develop a geographically dispersed recruitment team. Drive consistency, performance and best practice across the recruitment function. Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy. Support the implementation and optimisation of recruitment processes and systems. Remain involved in end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions. The successful candidate:
Proven experience leading recruitment teams within a complex, global organisation. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience delivering change, transformation or process improvement initiatives. Comfortable operating across multiple locations, cultures and time zones. What's on offer:
