What will you do as Senior HR Business Partner? Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose HR operating model, policies, processes and governance frameworks. Partner with Directors and senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives. Lead organisational change, restructures and business transformation programmes ensuring successful implementation. Drive a high-performance culture through employee engagement, leadership coaching and organisational development initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law and complex people matters. Build positive relationships with employee representatives and trade unions where applicable. Ensure HR compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, customer audits and ISO standards. Develop talent acquisition, succession planning and learning and development strategies to build organisational capability. Implement and optimise performance management frameworks and HR systems to improve efficiency, reporting and employee experience.
Establish people metrics and HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Lead, mentor and develop the HR team, embedding best practice and delivering a professional, customer-focused HR service. What will you require as Senior HR Business Partner? Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Manager position Skilled working within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment Experienced in leading on organisational change initiatives, delivering on HR Strategies and revising HR functions Proficient in NI and UK Employment Legislation
