At Linamar Light Metals Belfast, we work in partnership with our customers (FORD, STELLANTIS, JAGUAR LAND ROVER and GESTAMP) to develop and manufacture automotive components, specialising in cylinder heads, electric drive housings and structural components. We now wish to recruit for the following opportunity:
Administrator (HRA/26/1) The successful candidate will be an integral part of a small team providing an HR service within a busy manufacturing setting. Responsibilities will be varied and will include managing the administration of HR activities and records and working with the HR team and department managers to apply HR policies and procedures consistently across the plant. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including English & Maths at grade C or above 12 months experience in an administrative role Strong IT skills (spreadsheets, databases, extracting reports and maintaining information) Good communication & inter-personal skills (verbal & written) Effective team working skills Approachable High levels of integrity High levels of accuracy with good attention to detail Confidential & discrete Self-motivated Organisation and time-management skills Ability to work on own initiative While not essential, the following would be advantageous: HR admin experience
