The role will involve supporting key HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development, while ensuring operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships and improving HR processes. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
