Senior Resourcer

We are building our Talent Acquisition Resourcing team that goes beyond filling roles to actively shaping the future of our business. This position focuses on uncovering exceptional tech talent and turning initial conversations into lasting connections across core areas such as Delivery Management, Product, Engineering, AI, and Cyber Security.

• Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates across key technical areas using Linked In Recruiter, Phenom CRM, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping to build high‑quality pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct thoughtful screening conversations, assess skills and alignment, and present well‑qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Partner closely with TA colleagues to design creative, data‑driven sourcing approaches, share insights, refine techniques, and continuously improve talent attraction.
• Be a trusted ambassador for Kainos, communicating clearly, setting expectations, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
• Leverage tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Phenom, apply market intelligence, and use sourcing metrics to inform and elevate strategy.

• Experience in sourcing or recruitment (in‑house or agency), ideally within technical hiring.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter and Phenom.
• Proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with sourcing metrics and performance data.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and advanced search techniques.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
• Desirable:
  Experience in global environments, advanced Boolean search capability, familiarity with talent intelligence tools, and experience sourcing highly technical roles.
