The Norwich Bio Science Institutes is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the busy HR team, supporting multiple partner institutes. You will work with the Head of HR to deliver the HR strategy, provide guidance to managers and staff, and drive HR change initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include delivering the HR plan, advising on a wide range of HR issues, managing staff relations and governance, and maintaining robust HR policies and processes.
