We're a specialist IT recruitment consultancy headquartered in Belfast, working with clients across Ireland and the US. We're looking for a graduate/trainee who wants a role with variety, autonomy and a clear route to progression.

What you'll be doing

Learning the IT recruitment market through a structured, tailored training programme
Building relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist niche
Managing the full recruitment process from first contact through to placement
Working towards clear, achievable targets with regular feedback and mentoring
