The role You'll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end to end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, closing placements.

You'll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8-10 week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants. Earnings Competitive Base salary, plus uncapped commission up to 35%, paid monthly Successful consultants typically earn between £1,000 and £15,000 in commission per month Additional bonus opportunities in your first 6 months, on top of commission No cap on what you earn Progression Progression is based on performance, not time served.
