As the HR Projects and Systems Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimise HR processes and systems, playing a vital role in shaping excellent service across various organisational divisions. With a collaborative and inclusive culture, they focus on continuous improvement and delivering impactful services to stakeholders. About you Hold a bachelor's degree (QCF Level
6) or higher, with at least two years' experience in HR project delivery or service improvement; or four years' relevant experience Proven track record of delivering HR system implementations and process improvements Experience in leading and developing teams, supporting stakeholders, and managing complex projects Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in HR processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What you'll do Lead and develop a programme of HR service improvement projects aligned with organisational goals Support the administration and enhancement of key HR systems and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new policies, frameworks, and procedures Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection, and equal opportunities policies Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement Deliver training programmes for staff and managers on HR systems and policies Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
