What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the public sector or recruiting for public sector clients A strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering against client requirements Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys structure and process but also thrives on people interaction.
