Together Trust is seeking a proactive People Operations Advisor to join the People, Culture and Digital team in a hybrid role. You will support the People Operations Manager, manage data in the ITrent system, and help deliver a proactive, high-quality service to managers and colleagues within the Trust.
The role requires CIPD level 5 or degree, HR generalist experience, strong communication skills, and good IT skills. Benefits include 27 days leave, a generous pension, and wellbeing support.
