The Opportunity As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you'll inherit an established client base while continuing to grow your market through consultative business development and relationship management.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing and developing relationships with existing engineering and manufacturing clients

Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your specialist market

Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent engineering and technical appointments

Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

Developing a strong personal brand within your chosen market sector

Utilising Linked In, social selling, networking and industry knowledge to generate opportunities and market intelligence

What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with recruiters who are commercially driven, relationship-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally have:

Previous recruitment experience, either in engineering, technical, manufacturing or another professional recruitment disciplineA proven track record in client development and candidate delivery

Strong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach to business development

The ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively

Experience using Linked In and modern recruitment tools to build networks and generate opportunitiesA genuine desire to develop your career within a high-performing specialist recruitment business
