About you
- Proven experience of delivering HR system implementations or service improvements, ideally within the public sector or education sector
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee full project life cycles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working across multiple teams and levels
- Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to HR processes and systems
- Leadership qualities with experience in team development and motivation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for service enhancement
What you'll do
- Lead and manage HR service improvement projects from scoping to stabilisation, ensuring successful delivery and measurable benefits
- Support the development and exploration of new HR and Payroll systems, assessing their suitability and aligning them with business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge existing processes and implement innovative, digital solutions
- Facilitate working groups to ensure effective communication and project progression
- Monitor project performance and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and service excellence
- Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and statutory requirements within projects
- Support and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture
