We're looking for a People Partner to join a collaborative and forward-thinking People Services team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across a large, diverse organisation, delivering expert advice on employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and people strategy. No two days will be the same. You'll partner with stakeholders across a wide range of functions, helping to create an outstanding workplace culture while ensuring best practice, compliance and exceptional employee experiences.
What You'll Be Doing As a trusted HR partner, you'll:
Manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance management, bullying and harassment matters Provide expert advice and guidance on organisational change projects, restructures, redeployment, redundancy and consultation processes Coach and support managers to confidently navigate people-related challenges and make informed decisions. Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks and improve organisational performance Lead and contribute to HR and People projects that enhance the staff experience and support wider organisational objectives.

Significant experience managing complex employee relations casework. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills. The ability to work autonomously while building effective collaborative relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and a commitment to continued professional development.
