We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People Advisor to join our People Operations Team and play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across the organisation.

You’ll provide professional, practical and solution-focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters, including:

• Attendance management and wellbeing support
• Disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
• Organisational change and TUPE transfers
• Workforce planning and talent development
• Job evaluation and pay consistency
• Policy development and service improvement
• Manager coaching, training and briefings
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you’ll help create positive employee experiences, build management capability and support the delivery of our People Plan.

You’ll be:

• A confident HR professional with employee relations experience
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledgeable in employment legislation and HR best practice
• A strong communicator who can influence and build relationships
• Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
• Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
