As we grow, we're looking for graduates or people with sales experience to join our Belfast office. No prior recruitment experience is needed. We provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands on guidance from day one. What matters most is drive, resilience, confidence, and work ethic.

What We're Looking For

A degree, or experience in a sales, business development, or target driven customer facing role
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Resilience, and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
A competitive, results focused attitude
Comfort working towards revenue targets and KPIsWhat the Role Involves

You'll work across the full recruitment lifecycle, building client relationships, sourcing candidates in the Irish tech market, and managing your own desk. Day to day, that means:

Identifying and approaching new business opportunities
Building relationships with hiring managers and decision makers
Sourcing and engaging candidates for live vacancies
Managing the full sales cycle, from outreach through to placement
Negotiating salaries and offers with clients and candidates
Working towards targets in a commission driven environment
Building market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors

Training and Progression

0 to 12 months: learning the fundamentals and making placements with support
12 to 18 months: running your own processes and building a client base
18 months+: leading key accounts, mentoring others, and driving growth

Progression here is performance based. Your results shape how quickly you move up.

Base salary £26,000 to £30,000, plus uncapped commission
